1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Geo Quiz Go ("we", "our", or "the App") handles information in connection with the Geo Quiz Go application and this website. We are committed to transparency. We do not collect your name, email address, or other personal identifiers for account sign-up, because the App does not require an account with us.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect the following from you:

• Name, email address, or phone number
• Account credentials (you do not create an account with us)
• Usage or analytics data

3. In-App Purchases and Store Accounts

Paid features (yearly subscription and lifetime purchase) are offered through the Apple App Store and Google Play. All payment and billing are handled entirely by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your payment details. We may receive from the store only information necessary to unlock the features you purchased (e.g. that a subscription is active or that a lifetime purchase was made). That information is used solely to provide the correct access inside the App. Your store account data is governed by Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies.

4. Third-Party Services

The App and this website rely on the following third parties:

• Apple App Store / Google Play: For app distribution and in-app purchase processing. Their privacy policies apply to data they collect (e.g. store account, payment, device identifiers they use).
• Sentry: We use Sentry for crash reporting and error monitoring so we can identify and fix issues in the App. Sentry may receive information such as error messages, stack traces, device type, operating system, and app version when a crash or error occurs. We do not send your name, email, or other personal identifiers to Sentry. Sentry's privacy policy applies: sentry.io/privacy.

We do not use analytics or similar third-party services.

5. Data Stored on Your Device

The App may store data locally on your device (e.g. progress, scores, or preferences). This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers unless we clearly state otherwise in an updated policy. We do not have access to it unless you share it with us (e.g. when reporting a bug).

6. International Use and Your Rights

The App and website are used worldwide. Depending on your location, you may have rights such as:

• Access to the personal data we hold about you (if any)
• Correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion of your data
• Objection to or restriction of certain processing
• Data portability
• Lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. in the EU)

Because we do not collect personal data from you directly, there is typically little or no personal data held by us to access or delete. Any purchase-related data is held by Apple or Google. To exercise your rights with them, please use the options in your Apple or Google account and their privacy policies. For any request relating to data we might hold, contact us using the details in Section 10.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App is designed for a general audience, and minors may use it with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and change the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify you via the App or this website where reasonably possible. Your continued use of the App or website after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
