1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Geo Quiz Go application ("App") and any related services, including this website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or the Service. If you are a parent or guardian and you allow a minor to use the App, you agree to these terms on their behalf.
2. Description of the Service
Geo Quiz Go is an educational application designed to help users learn geography through games, flashcards, and quests. The App is intended for a general audience. Minors may use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and with the rules of the platform from which you downloaded the App (Apple App Store or Google Play).
3. No Account With Us
The App does not require you to create an account with us. You do not provide us with your name, email address, or other personal information to use the App. Access to paid features (subscription or lifetime purchase) is managed through your Apple or Google account and the respective app store. You are responsible for keeping your device and any app store account secure.
4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The App may offer in-app purchases, including a yearly subscription and a lifetime purchase. All such purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Payment, billing, and refunds are governed by Apple's or Google's respective terms and policies. We do not collect or store your payment details. By making a purchase, you also agree to the applicable store's terms. Subscription renewals may be managed and cancelled in your device or store account settings.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service. You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, or use the App to distribute malware or abuse the Service. You are responsible for all use of the App on your device.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and this website, including but not limited to design, content, graphics, and software, are owned by Audren SIMON and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and Service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any particular educational or performance outcome.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Audren SIMON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App or in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or the equivalent of one year's subscription, whichever is lower. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will indicate the date of the last update and, for material changes, we will notify users via the App or this website where reasonably possible. Your continued use of the App or Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App and may request a refund in accordance with the applicable app store's refund policy.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France, except where prohibited. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence.
